Dignity Real Estate was started out of a grassroots coalition of local churches, businesses and government representatives who saw the need to provide safe, decent affordable housing with dignity. The coalition shared the vision of a community that could provide affordable solutions to a broad spectrum of individuals and families, a community that shared the American Dream of homeownership and future possibilities. 

You are registering for a 3 hour Homebuyer Education Workshop withDignity Real Estate.
If you need a 5 hour or 8 hour Homebuyer Education Certificate for mortgage financing, a one on one counseling appointment is required. The pre-purchase counseling component should be scheduled within 7-10 days after your class but no more than 90 days.   These appointments are only available on business days during business hours. If you are under contract, your certificate will be given at your one on one appointment assuming you have provided all required docs.  Otherwise, your lender should request your certificate when you go under contract and make formal loan application.  The turn around time is 24 hours if you have previously completed counseling.

All Homebuyer Education Classes require a registration fee of $100.00 per household. No seat is reserved until payment is made. We do not take any registrations by telephone. The website will automatically remove the class date from those available when capacity has been reached.  The registration fee is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the class for which you registered, you can re-schedule for a subsequent class. Stand by more information is coming soon.
